Instruction

1. Exercise shoulder biceps. The biceps – one of the most noticeable parts of hands which is allocated and draws attention of people around. Also the total amount of the hand depends on it. Therefore don't forget to study bicepses 1-2 times a week. Alternate bending of dumbbells in elbows will be suitable for this purpose standing or sitting.
