The kung fu as the doctrine about spiritual and physical force of the person arose for several millennia B.C. Methods of training, the technician and methods of fight changed and improved throughout all this time that led to hundreds of styles of the kung fu and its branches. 1. According to the technique on Long Fist style the training of the kung fu can be broken into 3 stages. Trainings are carried out in morning and evening. Duration of trainings totally in the day is from 2 to 6 hours.

3. 5. The 2nd stage – from 6 months to 1 year: focus in the training from the operating time of kicks (on bags, paws); work methods of captures, technology of painful receptions, receptions against the stick, the knife. These exercises are done in couple; work elements duylyan and San - yes (the sheaf "hand leg", "kick – the diving"). At this stage various attacks, setting of protection and exact working off of kicks accustom.

6. The 3rd stage of development of the kung fu (from 1 to 3 years) is characterized by studying already difficult combinations of movements, elements of acrobatics, sets of exercises with weapon, tactics of full contact fight, elements of respiratory gymnastics (chi kung), etc. After development of the third stage the pupil is already ready to be involved in real full contact fight, and independently, without the assistance of the master, to study fundamental bases of fight.
