7. After a while begin to remove legs from the wall, trying not to lose balance in air. Learn to balance in space, and over time the wall will stop being the handstand, necessary for successful performance.

8. Pressure of the body has to be directed to the top part of the palm and the lower part of fingers – it will allow to distribute weight correctly. If you suddenly feel that you lose balance and fall, transfer weight to fingers and try to return balance with their help.

9. When you gain brief experience of trainings, begin to perform exercises without wall. Try to go on hands to feel balance of the body in space and the main point of balance which won't allow you to fall.
