It is recommended to study fundamentals of acrobatics from backward jumps on the trampoline. However the difficulty of this exercise consists in subconscious fear to turn over all over in air without any support.

Instruction

1. The simplest type of the somersault – turnover in group. The body during flight is grouped in such a way that knees become most pressed to the breast, and hands take shins. Categorically to do somersault to the beginner without the partners insuring it isn't recommended. Before the jump it is necessary to perform the number of preparatory exercises for warm-up of muscles of the neck, the back and legs: jumps up with take-off, somersaults backwards-forward on the trampoline, squats.

2. To make the somersault back, bend legs in knees and take away hands back and up. Make a start with the strong swing as it is possible above. The above you will make a start, the you will have more time for that being grouped. Don't shower the head back at all: it will prevent you will land on legs. The head has to be only in the direct family way.

3. When hands are straightened over the head, draw in sharply legs to the breast, but not on the contrary: the breast to knees! The more densely you will nestle, the twist will be accurater. Be sharply ungrouped when you see under yourself the earth. Land on slightly bent legs on all foot. Take away hands when landing at the same time directly and back.

4. Fast mastering the technique of the back somersault is almost impossible. To approach its performance, it is recommended to begin with ordinary jumps through the head at big height at the expense of the push with legs of the arms swing back and at the same time back. Such jumps poorly remind the somersault, but they give the chance to get used to height and flight.
