1. Carry out preparatory work. Before jumping the somersault, it is necessary to define at least the physical readiness to it. On the direct track make 5-7 fast forward somersaults, at the same time try to do each somersaults to the shortest. After that - make the same back. Then, try to jump forward, to fly by small distance and to land at once in "beater", that is to somersault. Similar warm-up not only will stir up your vestibular mechanism, but also will warm inactive parts of joints. Before directly training make several vyprygov-groups: the full squat-> the jump up with pulling up of knees to the breast-> soft landing in the squat. 2. Begin with the front somersault. It is one of the most difficult elements of acrobatics, however it is least injury-causing for beginners. The first 3-4 jumps land layer on the back, feel basic spin, let to the organism know safety of falling on the mat. After that begin to follow the instruction. Main rule: after running start you have to jump vertically up. Not forward, representing the dive, and up. You don't hurry to turn right after the jump: as soon as you begin spin – the relegation will stop up. Therefore, having only finished the relegation, in the maximum point sharply set the twist. It is important to do it by shoulders, but not just hands – present that you pull yourself the T-shirt on the back. At the same moment attract to the leg breast to add the rotating moment.

3. Be not obsessed with one element. After ten repetitions the vestibular mechanism begins to be obsessed and "buggy" therefore let's themselves have a rest, replace exercise. However don't stop repetition absolutely, it is the best of all to outline to itself the circle from 3-4 elements and to pass each 15-20 minutes of the training to the following. It will allow to achieve the maximum success.

4. The back, side somersault, the geyner and Blanch is technically much simpler, than the front turn, but they demand total absence of fear and the minimum experience because they at the mistake will be fraught with serious injuries and dangers. You pass to them, only better when you surely feel in air.
