The license of the racer – the necessary document granting the right to its owner on participation in competitions. Depending on license level, it gives admission on competitions of different levels. Introduction of the system of licensing allows not to allow inexperienced beginners to participation in races where they can constitute danger to themselves and people around.
Instruction
1. For obtaining the license address the management of the club or section. Write the application for what license you wish to obtain. Also ask the management to issue you the written recommendation for licensing passing.
2. Undergo inspection for obtaining the medical certificate in the regional sports and sports clinic that for health reasons you have the right to participate in races of the sport chosen by you. Such reference is usually free or costs the symbolical sum money. Medical examination will also not take away a lot of time.
3. Be prepared for oral examination. Learn competition rules so that at examination you could explain them by the own words and give the example of actions in any given situation, referring to paragraphs of rules.
4. Prepare necessary personal equipment according to requirements of rules. The lack of necessary objects of equipment or its discrepancy with requirements can become in many sports the reason of the lack of distribution of the license. In particular, the system of licensing in karting very scrupulously belongs to this question.
5. In the insurance company chosen by you sign the contract for insurance upon accident. Even if conditions of obtaining the license don't provide this document, it all the same is required for receiving admission to competitions.
6. Prepare the package of documents – the reference or the sports and medical book, the insurance policy, the recommendation from club, the passport, photos. Address to the main commission of the autounion, pass the necessary examinations and obtain the ready license of the lowest level.
7. Obtaining the license of higher level requires the certain sports experience. Participate in competitions, trying to prove to be the disciplined racer who isn't allowing dangerous and emergencies on the track. Besides, licenses of the international level require existence of the contract with one of the acting teams or inclusion in the national team squad of the Russian Federation.
