There is the set of types of active pastime on the beach. At the same time various sports and competitions enjoy deserved popularity. One of the most outdoor and interesting games is the beach volleyball.

- - stock (goal net, ball);
- - players;
- - referee.
Instruction
1. Prepare the platform for beach volleyball. The field of play has to have the sizes of 16x8 m. Limit it to elastic tapes. Besides, around the platform it is necessary to have free zones at least 3 m wide. Depth of the sand covering of the platform has to be not less than 40 cm. Halve the field of play the goal net. For men's competitions it should be fixed at the height of 2.43 m, and for women's - 2.24 m.
2. Recover the volleyball. It has to have strong, but rather soft leather tire, diameter of 66-68 cm, to weigh from 0.26 to 0.28 kg and to be well beefy.
3. Gather teams for playing beach volleyball. Each team can consist only of two people. At the same time in the course of the game for any reasons substitutes aren't allowed. If the player of one of teams can't continue the match, to team defeat is set off.
4. Study with structure of the competition on beach volleyball. Its essence is that the game is divided into parties. For the victory the team needs to win in two of them. At first two parties in which victory is awarded at the score of one of teams in 21 points on condition of existence of the breakaway in 2 points from other team are played. If there is no breakaway, the game continues before its achievement. If in the first two parties one time won both teams, the third game is plaid, but the game is played up to 15 points.
5. Acquire rules of maintaining the score in beach volleyball. The principle "one ball - one point" is their cornerstone. In other words, in each draw of the ball the winner team comes to light. It adds the point and also to it passes the right of cross.
6. Deal with the basic rules of playing beach volleyball. Them a little. Draw begins with cross. It is made because of the back goal area border. To make a save it is admissible any part of the body, but at the same time each team has the right only three times to concern it while it is on its half of the field. Loss is set off if the team concerns the ball more than three times, it will fall to its parts of the platform, being beaten away, will go beyond the field of play, will touch the goal net. After draw of ten points in the first two parties and five in the third, teams are interchanged the position.
7. Choose the referee well familiar with rules. Begin to play beach volleyball.
