There is the huge number of exercises for pumping of muscles of hands, legs, the press, etc. To pump up hands also perhaps in several ways, both with application of special apparatuses, and without them.

  • - expander
  • - pair of towels

Instruction

1. Get the qualitative expander (the expander of compression or hand – the apparatus for development of force of separate groups of muscles). When choosing the expander try to squeeze it several times in a row. If you are able to squeeze the apparatus more than 25 times without having a rest – means, you need more rigid expander. You will suit that apparatus which you will be able to squeeze only 6-8 times.

2. Be wrung out from the floor in the emphasis not on the palm, and on fingers of hands. Also for strengthening of hands try to be wrung out from the floor in the emphasis on the backs of palms of hands. To be wrung out in such a way it is difficult – start anew to be wrung out with one hand in the emphasis on the palm, and with another – in the emphasis on the palm back.

3. Be tightened on towels. For this purpose take two towels, twist them and throw through the horizontal bar. Carrying out such pullings up, you will feel how wrists strain.

4. Pump up hands by means of cargo and the surface of the table. Place forearm muscles, lifting and lowering it.
