Consider that correctly tied belt – one of components of successful fight, especially in judo. Besides, having learned to tie the belt, you will move ahead as for receiving the certain belt it is necessary to seize technology of the correct setting of the belt. But about it a bit later. At first we will acquaint you with what in judo there are belts and as to receive them.
Instruction
1. All in judo of 16 belts, from which 6 color and also 10 black. The beginner puts on the white belt or the sixth kyu. For its receiving it is necessary to be able to tie correctly the belt and to put the training form (judogi) in order then the athlete has the right to start performance of divings in the stance, to deduction and suffocating receptions.
2. In the year of trainings the judoist can improve the skills to the yellow belt (the fifth kyu) and so on. After the yellow belt goes orange, green, then brown and black. Having received the black belt, the athlete can be entitled KMS ("The candidate for the master of sports"), and after – MS ("Master of sports"), is successful at the same time competing at competitions. Later MS appropriate to the athlete the first is given, the second and so on to the tenth. The tenth is given – the red belt. It is top of skill of the judoist.
3. If you seriously decided to do judo, learn to tie the belt. It will help you to receive the first rank. Remember two important things: with the correct length of your belt its ends which are (already tied) shouldn't fall lower than the level of knees or to be above bottom edge of the training jacket. The second – the end of the tied belt shouldn't be different in length because their equality symbolizes absolute harmony between your body and spirit.
4. So, start setting of the belt (Ob) from the middle of the belt. That it is correct and reliable to record the kimono, wrap up the belt on two turns, then level the ends. Make the external end of the belt pickup of both of its tops then remove the external end of the belt upward. By the same top end begin to do knot around the second end, stretching the first through the formed loop. Further in the horizontal plane tighten knot. That's it.
