Physical development of a young organism has huge value for health of the child therefore parents try to attract the child to popular sports as soon as possible. One of demanded is the gymnastics where the kid wholly can receive all set of exercises on an extension (streyching). Let's consider all pros and cons of such occupations and from what age it is possible to involve the child in sports activities.
Advantage and harm of a children's extension
The Streyching has a number of good points that does it such popular:
- systematic trainings strengthen the musculoskeletal device, motive abilities of joints increase, coordination and ability of balancing improves, and, respectively, falling of children becomes safer;

All complex has to consist of familiar and simple exercises which are carried out slowly and smoothly, without sharp movements. When using an unfamiliar training, at first carry out easy movements, then pass to more difficult.
It is necessary to carry out an extension in 4 stages:
- starting position;
- stretching;
- smooth exit;
- pause.
Breath when performing any exercise has to be equal with an exhalation at the time of stretching. Loading increases gradually with increase in number of repetitions and level of complexity of exercises.
Important! It is impossible to carry out a streyching on not warmed muscles — it can become the cause of a trauma.
Before performance of the main exercises on an extension it is necessary to do warm-up within 15 minutes.

The simplest set of exercises
The basic streyching for the child allows to prepare a body for performance of more difficult exercises including to a twine. The practicing trainers claim that to this extension the kids show bigger interest as they consider a twine adult exercise.

It is necessary to repeat each of the exercises given below 10–15 times:
- Cat. We go down on all fours and we hang the head down. We take a breath, we raise the head up and we bend a back so that the stomach was as low as possible to a floor. An exhalation — a back in a starting position and at the same time to pull in a stomach.
- Extension of tricepses and humeral muscles. We adopt the provision, standing or sitting. We touch by fingers of the right hand through a shoulder a backbone between shovels, at this time by the left hand it is pressed on an elbow right up to the small tension of muscles (tolerant pain is felt). In the same way for other hand.
- Tian top part of a trunk. In a standing position, hands in are put in the lock behind the back. Task: smoothly we turn elbows to the center of a back and we raise hands up to feeling of tension between shovels and in shoulders.
- Extension of muscles of a hip. In a standing position we do attacks with bending of legs in a knee forward.
- Extension of buttock and femoral muscles. On a back by means of the elastic bandage fixed on a foot we do slow raising of legs of a prone position, bringing up them on ourselves.
- We study all body. Lying on a back in the provision star we pull hands and legs as far as it is possible, and at the same time we strain a press. It is also possible lying to carry out on a stomach exercise boat.
Physical activity is important at any age, especially to the child. For trainings it is not obligatory to go to sports sections as there are simple exercises which can be mastered in house conditions.
