The team is the people rallied by one idea, doing one serious work and going towards one aim both in life, and in sport. In the team of people can't solve only for himself before making any decision, it has to think of team. As its decision or action will affect it.
In sport the team purpose, of course, is the victory in competitions in which she participates. Today there is the set of types of team sport. Treat them: soccer, basketball, hockey, volleyball, curling and many others. Also it is possible to carry such alternatives to team sports as equestrian sport because the horse and the person in fact too are team or sled dog racing where the number of team increases, and all process by one person is controlled. All these sports differ in the staginess. When the team plays - it is tactics and coordination of actions. All players and athletes have to act as the clockwork. Only it can lead to the victory.
Most often the team sport is divided into men's and women's. Because forces of teams aren't equal though also competitions of men against women and vice versa quite often meet. But often it is not official meetings which won't affect the rating of team in any way. As well as any sport, team sport shares for winter and summer. As an example winter it is possible to cite hockey and curling, and summer — team rowing or soccer. Some sports are carried out isn't dependent on season at indoor stadiums and platforms.

The team tennis — by rules doesn't differ from classical big tennis, but is carried out not on court, and on the beach. Handball — the game with the ball which purpose is to throw the ball in the opposing team goal. Usually play 7 players in each team. Unlike soccer, play it hands. The water polo — the same principle, as in handball, but the game is held in water. Cricket — not contact sport which means existence of the bat and ball. The purpose is to get the ball on the goal. The lacrosse — one more game with the ball in which 2 teams participate. By means of the stik (special club) it is necessary to drive the ball into the goal of other team.
