The set of exercises ""The revival eye"" is directed to increase in power level of the person. It is based on the ancient Tibetan practicians promoting rejuvenation and the ozdoravilivaniye of the organism.

The first and second exercises: spin round its pivot-center and raising of legs

For the first exercise it is necessary to rise, extend before itself hands on one line with shoulders.
