The trapeze represents one of the largest muscles of the human body. However independently it isn't so simple to estimate the condition of the trapezoid muscle because of its arrangement.

Trapezoid muscle

The trapezoid muscle which skilled bodybuilders often call just the trapeze is located in the upper part of the back. It represents the flat muscle to which the terminations of three large muscular groups - the broadest muscles of the back, muscles of the neck and so-called deltoid humeral muscles come down at once. As a result this muscle gets the form of the trapeze thanks to which she also received the name.
