What is necessary to begin to be engaged in Hatha yoga?

Often happens so that to begin to practice yoga, we wait for "ideal" conditions. But circumstances of our life are different. And it is better to begin practice already now in those conditions which we have at present, than to continue to wait.

As the yoga speaks, time works against us if we aren't engaged, and time on our party when we practice. The main thing that at our disposal there was the minimum. What is meant it?

The third that to be necessary for us, is the rug. What rug to choose? There are several options. It is convenient to someone to be engaged on the wrestling mat, to someone on the thin rug, to someone on the woolen blanket, someone gives preference to the mat. Yogis of antiquity practiced on the skin of the tiger or lion. And in our century it will be inappropriate. Today our choice will depend on availability and convenience. With the advent of modern materials, everything became simpler. Comfortable, convenient rugs in leaving and carrying, have the nonskid surface.

The fourth what to have to think to the beginning practician of, is clothes. And here the same rule of adequacy works! First of all, it has to be convenient to you. Clothes can be at least if climatic conditions allow. It can be more if in it itself the body feels more comfortably. The less distracting and irritating factors will be in your practice, the better. And here everything is very individual!

The listed points are higher it is the necessary minimum. The main thing in yoga, is practice. And conditions will change over time. It is important not to waste time, and to begin to work with itself already now. And results won't keep themselves waiting long!
