What is tricepses and bicepses

Such anatomic terms as triceps and biceps, are well familiar to the people who aren't connected with medicine: these are some of the most noticeable muscles in the human body, the set of physical exercises which are done by hands stronger and more powerful is directed to their growth. The triceps and the biceps are located the row, but perform different functions and differ from each other.

Bicepses

The official anatomic term designating the biceps sounds as the shoulder biceps. This large muscle is well noticeable under skin on the front surface of the humeral part of the hand. Since ancient times was considered that this muscle represents the exercised muscle of the person – as at physically strong people the biceps surely draws attention, he participates in the most frequent movement of hands, bending of the elbow joint. Therefore at assessment of muscularity of the body first of all pay attention to this muscle, and many bodybuilders or just wishing to improve the appearance select special training complexes for development of this part of the hand.

The biceps is called the biceps as it consists of two bunches, or heads: long and short. The first is on the external part of the hand and begins from the edge of the shovel. The second passes from the inside and too originates from the shovel, is slightly lower than the long bunch.

Tricepses

The three-headed muscle of the shoulder is similar to the biceps the fact that it performs similar function – only it doesn't bend, and unbends the elbow joint. The muscle is in the same part of the humeral part of the hand, but from the back party. It consists of three bunches: long, medial and lateral. The long head, in addition, is also responsible for the movement of the hand back. Athletes and other athletes pay less attention to the triceps training as consider that only the biceps is responsible for appearance of physically strong person. Actually the biceps is noticeable only at the bent position of the elbow or at the look in front, and the triceps is responsible for the shoulder thickness which is visible from any situation – both in front, and behind, and sideways. The three-headed muscle makes two thirds of muscles of this part of the hand therefore it is of great importance in formation of the brawny shoulder. Inveterate body builders and bodybuilders choose for themselves isolating exercises which are aimed at the development of any one muscle. But it is optional – both bicepses, and tricepses shake usual general exercises: push-ups from the floor, on bars, the bench press. Besides, there is the myth that it is possible to pump up separately various parts of muscles though actually at any exercises all muscle strains, respectively it grows in proportion in all parts, and its form depends on genetic features. One more popular wrong belief is that women shouldn't do exercises on hands not to look as the bodybuilder. Actually in the female body there is no enough hormones which are responsible for growth of muscle bulk. As a result after exercises of the hand will look tightened and strong, but not pumped over.
