Since the beginning of last century it became fashionable to play sports. Universal promotion both then and now, claimed that the sport is useful to health. Let's understand together, and whether so it and what of sports is more useful?

Development of sports direction per se allowed to use sport as the industry allowing to bring income in treasury of the state. Let's not go into details of such earnings of athletes and the state. Let's stop attention on the sport.

The fact is that any kind of sport means certain records which need to be beaten. That is, athletes should give all the best so strongly that they work very hard. All organism of athletes experiences incredible strain. Having achieved desirable result, the athlete raises the bar of achievements, and aspires already to it. This process comes to an end only in one or several of four cases:

- serious trauma,

- pension, or coaching activity,

- leaving sport,

- death.

We don't take the last into account, and in the first three athlete ceases to torture itself daily. Respectively, the organism "reminds" him of all the mockeries caused earlier, and diseases pour suddenly. Many former athletes frankly are perplexed how so it turns out that all life was engaged/played sports, and it appears, he / she thinned cartilages of joints, the falling of the womb and many other surprises with health?

Everything is very simple if someone decides to devote the life to sport, it has to be ready that sport, it not only hobby and the seeming health, but also one of hazardous occupations. It is worth thinking also that by forty years, its many bodies will be worn-out so that even disability is possible.

What sports the most useful?

Yes any! The only sports movements which each person is simply obliged to carry out daily, it:

- walking, including on shops. To move, but without the exhausting efforts within at least two hours – it is useful.

- run, quiet and rare. That is, it is possible to be run to the stoppage if you don't catch the bus/tram/trolleybus.

- swimming, it weakens and reduces stress.

Thus, it turns out that the only useful sport – life, however, without continuous sitting on the fifth point. By the way, raising and carrying weights, it too violence over the organism. Better ten times to go to shop behind products, making useful walks, than once to drag home everything and at once.

You remember, the sports can play, but not in damage of the health. The sport has to bring joy and simplification/cheerfulness to the organism and if the sport exhausts it, so the organism works very hard and consequences of such hobby will be very sad.
