Doctors and fans of run constantly argue on what time is suitable for such training better. Some say that in the morning jog will load the organism with energy and promotes more effective weight loss, and others – that evening lessons sport allow to strengthen the dream. Run in the evenings – the good alternative for those who have not enough time in the morning. After work usually there is time to eat, have a rest, make jog, and there are two-three more hours to the dream. It isn't recommended to go to bed right after the training – the organism is excited, to fall asleep at once it won't turn out. To someone evening run helps to reduce stress which collected during the day, someone likes to do in the evening as the peak of working capacity and energy falls on this time at them.

But most of doctors agree in opinion that ideal time for run – day, the period from 11 to 12 o'clock, but very few people can afford it.

Choosing time for run, consider the schedule of the food. The training has to be held through two, and better three hours after the meal. Undigested food in the stomach complicates run, causes pains, does the body heavy and slow. But on an empty stomach doctors don't recommend to be engaged: it is huge load of the cardiovascular system and in general all organism. Such trainings really help to lose weight quicker, but at the price of deterioration in the health. You shouldn't be afraid of winter – it is possible to run at all seasons of the year if temperature didn't fall lower than-15 degrees. The main thing is to dress well. It is much more dangerous to run during the heat, than during cold: if not to put on the headdress, not to drink water and to arrange jogs at noon when the sun is most active, it is possible to earn heatstroke or dehydration. It is important to understand that all people different, at everyone the individual organism and the biorhythms. It is better to listen to himself and to choose optimum time, than to conform to blindly imposed rules. More important not time of trainings, and their regularity. It is much more useful to run in more convenient time of day, but it is regular, without taking the long break.
