What to pay attention to 

Considering the question of the possibility of daily trainings on different groups of muscles, it is necessary to pay attention to the number of the moments:

1. Gender and age features of the athlete.

It is known that process of recovery of muscles is directly connected with the anabolism (one of components of the metabolism or metabolism) which is taking place in cells of the human body. 3. Intensity of trainings.

4. Food and rest.

You shouldn't forget that experienced athletes, beginning preparation for competitions and increasing the number of trainings up to 2 - 3 in day, eat very intensively (make 5 - 6 meals a day, enrich the diet with high-protein products, etc.). In the case carrying out daily trainings will be necessary for your organism many forces and means for restoration. It is necessary to take care at least of 8 – the hour dream, sports food (generally amino acids), high-protein food.

5. Presence of the coach.

In case you are engaged with the coach, and he, having analyzed your age, your abilities, made to you the training program, controls the diet and watches you during the trainings, then the danger is minimum. But if you decided to play sports for the first time, registered since Monday in the trenazherka and plan to be engaged 7 times a week, then you should damp your ardor even if till summer remained very little.

You shouldn't forget that exercises and sport have to make the person beautiful and healthy, and not vice versa.
