If the purpose is extension of muscles, then food has to be generally proteinaceous. In general, the organism loses so many forces that needs both proteins, and carbohydrates, and fats. Therefore the best decision – combination of all three components. However cookies and cakes as carbohydrates don't approach here, it is better to give this role to fresh fruit and berries. Bread meat and cottage cheese – low-fat is desirable wholegrain. Ideal option – the plate of flakes with milk and pieces of fruit. Nutritionists recommend to eat the half of the calories lost at the training if the purpose is weight loss. It is enough to restore forces and not to "extinguish" the fire which will continue to burn excess fats.
