The dude, when you grow old - all this will droop, and you will look ugly!" - very much often such phrases can be heard from people who despise bodybuilding, but prefer to luxuriate on a sofa in front of the TV with pizza.

Maintaining abilities to train and support muscles in good shape throughout the longest period of life is the whole art. Existence of knowledge, ability of the analysis and practical application of the accumulated information is required.

On an example it is possible to consider couple of famous not young bodybuilders ….

Frenk Zayn

Zayn was born on July 28, 1942 in the city of Kingston (State of Pennsylvania). Began to do bodybuilding in 14 years. Frenk is a winner of the well-known competition "Mr. Olympia" (1977, 1978, 1979). Zayn had no impressive parameters, but showed what has to be obese harmony what ratios and proportions between groups of muscles have to be.

Dave Dreyper

Dreyper is one more athlete from "a gold era of bodybuilding". He was born on April 16, 1942 in New Jersey, was an actor and the author of articles. Dreyper performed on a podium with young Arnold Shchvartsenegger, Frank Zayn, Franco Colombo. Dreyper is a title holder "Mr. Vselennaya" of 1966.

Collin Fischer and Kelly Nilson
