From where and for what did meditation come to yoga and to our life? Plus at practicing usually big load of the organism. And meditation helps the person to relax, restore the stock of forces for further the practician.
People of modern society have stresses, they solve problems at work and at home, there is catastrophically not enough time! And where to take vital energy on restoration?! The answer – in practice of meditation! By means of practice of immersion in ourselves we can gain strength!
If we speak about the people practicing yoga, then they go on it consciously. They learn themselves through various exercises. Through exercises of the body, through breathing exercises and others.
