It is better to master practice of yoga under the leadership of the coach – only this way you will be able to control correctness of poses and their deduction during necessary time. But if you have no opportunity to train in group, it is possible to try to be engaged at home.

1. Take several trial lessons. Address the expert and complete at least the initial course – so you will be sure that you won't do to the health harm. Having mastered the main asanas and having understood the practice essence, go home, to independent trainings.

2. Get all necessary. Prepare the place for occupations – there has to be light, it is fresh and spacious. Surely buy the qualitative rug for yoga, the quality of performance of exercises and efficiency of all trainings depends on it. The clothes have to be convenient, well stretching and from natural materials. You will be engaged barefoot therefore special footwear isn't required.

3. Choose convenient time. For practice of yoga very important that classes were at the same time every day therefore think when you could be engaged in any day of the week (on weekdays and days off). It is the most convenient to practise in the morning, till the breakfast. But if you treat beginners, then to be engaged in the mornings to you it will be difficult not to avoid exhaustion also. Therefore the first few months work after the lunch or in the evening – the body will be already warmed, and you won't need to keep working capacity in the second half of day.

4. Be engaged on the hungry stomach. The yoga demands lucidity of mind and full concentration on the feelings and emotions – to do it with the full stomach is unreal. If you plentifully ate, then wait not less than 3-4 hours (during this time food will be digested, and the organism won't "distract"). If you have slightly a bite, then will be enough and the two-hour break. If you just drank the glass of tea or juice, then in half an hour can start the training. After classes don't eat food at least hour.

5. Develop self-discipline. Independent occupations don't approach people, not exacting themselves therefore you study self-discipline – set the purpose and go to it, despite everything. Over time regular trainings will become the habit, and you shouldn't struggle with own desires – you learn to distribute time more competently. Always you remember that occupations yoga are very useful to your health, they help you to cope with the illnesses, to overcome difficulties, teach patience and wisdom.
