The diet of the average person abounds with harmful products more than ever earlier. All useful disappears after industrial processing. Harmful components which are favorable to the producer, but not the consumer are added (for example, preservatives and flavor enhancers).

It is very heavy to refuse harmful products at once, especially when the dependence already takes place (emotional or physical – it is unimportant). However it is worth beginning to change food preferences, to feel advantage of changes - and then there will be an enthusiasm and desire to move further. Here several simple steps for improvement of a diet. Anything difficult and extreme:

- Replace sugar with honey. White sugar is very harmful product.

- Buy or bake independently bread without use of yeast. Yeast has negative effect on intestinal microflora.

- Replace white rice brown. Bran coating contains more vitamins, minerals and cellulose.

- Give preference to potatoes in a uniform and baked, but not puree and fried. The main useful minerals and substances contain in a peel, potatoes in itself – pure starch.

- Eat green buckwheat instead of brown (fried). Even better - to couch it.

- Replace cow's milk goat if total rejection of milk seems too heavy. Goat milk contains less casein, than cow therefore is closer on structure to women's;

- Observe drink interval 15 minutes before food and an hour and a half later. Otherwise water dilutes gastric juice therefore digestion worsens.

- Whenever possible to prefer dried fruits to confectionery (or at least home-made baking of factory). Confectionery (at the affordable price) contain the mass of harmful components of fully synthetic origin.

- Instead of usual tea to drink herbal teas. They, by the way, are much more tasty and provide a variety of the choice. It is possible, for example, even to drink эхинацею, without waiting for "occasion" in the form of cold or a tonsillitis. The same will be fair for ginger, mint and a melissa.

- Replace drinks and juice in packages with fresh juices. Juice is very vitamin-rich and is perfectly acquired.
