The ancient Slavic tradition - is almost forgotten to serve today on a feast alcoholic beverages on honey. And it is so simple not to find such drinks in shop... But it is possible to use the recipes which are slightly adapted to the present which were applied by our ancestors.

1. For preparation of Honey Explosion drink fill in nuts with boiled water and leave for 10 minutes, then wash out and pour boiled water, let's dry. Shift in bank and fill in with vodka. Put to the dark place for 2 weeks. Then boil water and part in it honey. Filter vodka, having removed all nuts. Add the diluted cooled honey to tincture and mix. Cover and leave for a week. Then filter.

2. Wash up drink ""Honey pear wine" "of Grusha and cut thin plates, having removed sunflower seeds. Pour water in a pan, add fruit and boil, then leave pears to infuse for 2 hours. Filter, add sugar, yeast, honey, cinnamon, carefully mix and, having covered leaky, put to the dark, warm place to wander on all night long. Filter in the morning, pour on bottles.
