Preparation of self-made wine in house conditions is not only a possibility of receiving quality alcoholic drink with pronounced berry taste, but also a tradition tribute, recipes of production of this product originate in an extreme antiquity. It is possible to cook wine from grapes, cherry, raspberry, strawberry, white and red currant, cowberry and many others. It is also possible to make mix of various fruits, the taste will only benefit from it.

1. Carefully touch berries, among them shouldn't get any begun to rot or mouldy as it can spoil quality of wine. And here to wash them there is no need, it isn't even desirable if only they aren't covered with the earth or dust as on a surface there are useful bacteria which will help fermentation.

2. Crush ripe fresh berries in a deep bowl or scroll via the meat grinder and shift in a big glass jar or a wooden barrel.

3. Bring water to the boil and dissolve in it all sugar that the sugar syrup turned out. Fill in with a half of liquid berry weight, properly stir and leave in the warm place for fermentation.

4. Banks daily mix contents 2-3 times in order that there was no mold, and all weight didn't begin to turn into vinegar. In 4-5 days fill in wine raw materials with the second half of syrup and leave to wander 2-3 more days. Remember that capacity for wine can't be filled with a mash up to the top, otherwise wine at fermentation will begin to overflow.

5. Approximately in 8 days filter wine, separating it from pulp and stones, pour liquid in other bottle with a narrow neck and densely close a special stopper. In this stopper there has to be an opening with the tube inserted into the center. Lower other end of a tube in glass with water.

6. In such state wine is left approximately for 5-6 weeks until it doesn't become transparent, and all deposit won't fall down. When it occurs, very carefully pour drink on bottles, trying that there the deposit, bottles strongly to a zakuporta traffic jams didn't get.

7. It is necessary to mature wine in bottles not less than two months at a temperature 10-12os then it can be given to a table.
