For this casserole from a chicken liver it is required to you: 500-600 g of a chicken liver, 150 g of cheese of firm grades, 2 average tomatoes, 1 bulb of the average sizes, 4 garlic gloves, greens to taste, salt, a black pepper (ground).

Preparation of casserole from a chicken liver:

Cut a bulb with half rings and slightly fry on sunflower oil. While onions are fried, wash out a chicken liver and cut each its piece on 2-3 parts. Lay out a liver in onions and fry everything together within about 5-7 minutes.

Lay out a liver with onions in a form for roasting, pepper, salt, strew with greens, garlic which is (small cut). From above lay out the tomatoes cut by thin ringlets, strew with a grated cheese.

Put a form in an oven. Bake a dish until ready (pay attention that cheese has to melt completely).

Serve the dish hot, having strewed with the greens remains (fennel, parsley, green onions), with any garnish to taste. By the way, a black pepper if you don't love it, it is possible and not to put.
