Casserole from chicken and a cauliflower – gentle and nourishing and also that is very important, not too a kaloriyna. It perfectly is suitable for all family.

For this casserole it is required to you: 600 g of chicken meat (fillet, a breast), 1 kg of a cauliflower, 300-400 g of a hard cheese, 4-5 garlic gloves, 5 eggs, 2 glasses of low-fat cream, salt, pepper and greens to taste.

Preparation of casserole from chicken and a cauliflower:
