Paste can be used for preparation of main courses, snack, with it it is possible to cook fragrant pastries. For preparation of paste most often use a liver, the game and meat are more rare. Quite often add vegetables, mushrooms and nuts to a liver mash.

Preparation of products

For preparation of paste it is required to you: 400 g of a chicken liver, 150 g of pumpkin, 100 g of a desi, 1 orange, 1 bulb, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 carrots, 1 tsp of mix of pepper, 1/4 tsps of nutmeg, 1 tsp of salt.

Preparation

To prepare a chicken liver paste with pumpkin, take a meat offal and carefully wash its baking plate with flowing water. Further cut a liver on average pieces and fry in olive oil on average fire within 7-10 minutes. Lay out the fried liver in a bowl.

Peel onions, carrots and pumpkin, cut vegetables in cubes. Lay out them in the same frying pan in which you prepared a liver, add 20 g of a desi to vegetables. Fry within 12 minutes on average fire. Further lay out a liver in a frying pan, water ingredients with fresh orange juice. You extinguish 2-3 minutes, then remove a frying pan from fire.

Place a liver and vegetables in a blender bowl, add to them necessary amount of spices and salt, crush products to uniformity. In a separate stewpan lay out the remained 80 g of a desi and kindle on slow fire. 

Take forms and lay out in them the made chicken paste, from above fill in with the kindled desi. Remove a dish in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
