1. Crush garlic. Small cut chicken meat, onions, a celery and a basil. Husk tomato. For this purpose make a cross-shaped cut and put for 30 seconds in the boiling water. Drain water, cool tomato and accurately husk. Grate parmesan.

2. Sift flour and salt. Add to them oil, eggs and knead an elastic dough. Cover it with a towel and leave for 15 minutes.

3. Pour 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and fry garlic, onions and a celery until they don't become soft. Then add chicken and fry to a brown shade, constantly stirring slowly with weight.

4. Add a sherry and tomato to the prepared weight. Shift to cool down in a bowl. Then add a basil, egg, a sprinkling pepper and a half of cheese. Salt and pepper.

5. Divide ready dough into three parts. Roll each piece and cut on two parts. On one half lay out a stuffing at distance of 4 cm from each other and cover with the second half of the test.

6. Press dough and cut on small squares. Stick together edges fingers, leave for 15 minutes. Bring water in a pan to the boil and you cook ravioli of 5-8 minutes. Drain water. Water ravioli with the kindled desi. Strew with cheese.
