Very simple in preparation, but a tasty dessert which looks very beautifully. Chocolate tartlets can be filled with pieces of fruit or berries with whipped cream, but in this recipe as filler gentle cottage cheese cream is used.

1. Break dark chocolate on small pieces, kindle in the microwave oven or on a water bath. Apply a chocolate layer by means of a silicone culinary brush on silicone baking cups, remove in the fridge for 5 minutes.

2. Then get molds, put the following layer of chocolate - all layers of chocolate has to be 3, otherwise tartlets will turn out too fragile.

3. Take the stiffened tartlets from molds - act accurately not to break them. To get them from silicone molds pretty easily.

4. Take a bag of cream powder for beating, mix with milk and shake up within 5 minutes, then add curds, mix the blender to a uniform state.

5. Rub wafers on an average grater, add to creamy curds, you can mix a spoon or by means of the blender.

6. Lay out cottage cheese cream in chocolate tartlets. It is better to do it by means of the confectionery syringe with a beautiful nozzle - so the dessert will look much more accurately.
