1. Well washed up crusts from grapefruits, oranges or lemons, cut strips 0.5 cm thick. Boil liter of water in a volume pan and put in it crusts. Bring water with crusts to the boil and you cook on small fire of 5 minutes.

2. Cast away boiled crusts of a citrus on a colander. Pour pure cold water in a pan and repeat a blanshirovka of crusts two more times. It should be made that future candied fruits didn't taste bitter.

3. Connect 3 cups of sugar from 1.5 cups of water and, constantly stirring slowly, on slow fire weld syrup. Lower in it crusts, bring syrup to the boil and you cook them on the weakest fire within an hour.
