Berries shouldn't be washed therefore from the lower branches, polluted, it is better not to take. Pour out currant in the enameled container, knead a masher and leave for 72 hours for fermentation. One-two times a day it is necessary to stir berry that didn't grow mouldy.

Then to pour boiled chilled water in currant. To stir everything and to filter through a metal sieve cloth. Once again to fill in alburnum with water, again to stir and filter. To connect both parts of a mash. Ratio of berries and water 1:2.
