Easter cake - a special festive type of bread by Easter. Bake it from yeast dough with addition of eggs, butter and sugar. But for those who don't like to potter with yeast dough it is possible to advise to prepare an Easter cake with raisin and a lemon dried peel according to this recipe.

1. Miss the mark with form oil for roasting, sprinkle them with almonds. Warm up an oven to 180 degrees.

2. Wet raisin in rum. Wring out juice from a lemon, rub a dried peel on a grater.

3. Shake up a desi with sugar, sugar has to be dissolved all. Enter eggs on one, carefully mix.

4. Add 3/4 parts of a dried peel, pour in lemon juice, again mix. Mix flour with baking powder. Knead dough, adding to it in turn milk and flour. Dough has to leave dense, don't pour some milk!
