1. At first it is necessary to process carefully all ware in which wine will be cooked. All tanks should be cleaned well. Use for this purpose boiled water with soda then wipe ware dry and cover with a sterile towel.

2. Start processing of berries. Don't forget that dense berries without external pollution will be necessary for you for wine. Otherwise drink will quickly dim and will be spoiled. Examine each berry and shift in deep capacity.

3. Further take a clean wooden pestle, pound berries to a pyureobrazny state and place in a pan which should be put on slow fire. Heat berry mix and boil thoroughly about 7 minutes.

4. Lay out berries in a colander, squeeze out the turned-out juice by means of several layers of a sterile gauze. Gradually add granulated sugar, water and necessary amount of ferment to juice. Then accurately stir everything to a monotonous state.

5. Take clean bottles, pour grape wine and leave in the warm place for 29 days. During this time drink perebrodit. Each 10 days taste wine, and if necessary add sugar and mix.

6. In 29 days filter wine and again pour on clean bottles. Densely close covers. 2-3 weeks later grape wine will be ready.
