Instruction
1. Put Chile, лемонграсс, onions, garlic, ginger, cilantro, a dried peel (leave a little for giving), fish sauce, tablespoons of coconut milk and sugar in the blender or the food processor, crush in uniform paste.
2. Warm up oil in a wok or a frying pan and put paste. Fry 2 minutes. Pour in the remained coconut milk, bring to the boil and prepare on weak fire of 5 minutes.
