1. Cut a head of cabbage on several parts and chop straws.

2. In a frying pan warm a little vegetable oil and lay out on it a small portion of cabbage that it was convenient to mix.

3. Fry cabbage, constantly stirring slowly until it doesn't become soft and translucent. Try not to go too far in oil. It shouldn't be so much that cabbage in it floated. Lay it in a cauldron or a pan.

4. Peel carrot, grate and as well as cabbage, fry in a frying pan until it becomes soft. You can extinguish a little it, having added slightly water.

5. Cut onions on small cubes and perform with it the same operation.

6. Take mushrooms, if necessary clean, carefully wash and cut on small pieces.

7. Lay out a product on a dry frying pan. When mushrooms cease to emit juice, merge liquid, add a little oil and fry within several minutes. Then shift them in a pan with cabbage.

8. Add tomato sauce, salt and carefully mix.

9. Then pour in a glass of boiled water in vegetables and put in  the oven warmed up to 180 — 200 wasps. You extinguish until ready.

10. In 10 — 15 minutes prior to the end of preparation mix cabbage, add pepper and bay leaf.

11. The ready-to-eat meal has to have a light brown shade.

12. Preparation time of stewed cabbage with mushrooms makes no more than 1 hour.
