The potatoes baked in an oven – it is always tasty. That the dish turned out also beautiful, it is possible to cut potatoes an accordion, and to strew from above with cheese.
It is required to you
- - 2 big potatoes;
- - 100 гр. desi;
- - 100 гр. parmesan;
- - pinch of a garlic powder;
- - 1/4 tsps of coarse salt;
- - 2 teaspoons of olive oil;
- - 20 гр. grated cheese Cheddar;
- - 60 ml of dense cream for beating.
Instruction
1. We warm an oven up to 200C. Potatoes are washed carefully out, but we don't clean. We do in each potato cuts with an interval of about 5 mm.
2. Oil and parmesan is cut by pieces, we spread them alternately in cuts in potatoes. We sprinkle potatoes olive oil, we strew with a garlic powder and salt.
3. We bake potatoes of 45-55 minutes (depending on the size), after that we take out, we water with cream and we strew with a grated cheese Cheddar.
4. We return in an oven for 10-12 minutes. We give hot! As ornament it is possible to use sour cream and fresh greens.
