Potatoes baked with meat, tomatoes and cheese – tasty, nourishing and very appetizing dish. You can please with this dish not only the members of household, but also guests at the holiday table.
It is required to you
- - 1 kg of fresh potatoes;
- - 0.5 kg of beef;
- - 4 pieces of onions;
- - 150 g of a hard cheese;
- - 4 fresh tomatoes;
- - 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
- - 3 tablespoons of sour cream of average fat content;
- - salt;
- - black sprinkling pepper;
- - 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil;
- - parsley greens (at will).
Instruction
1. Prepare all ingredients, necessary for this dish. Wash meat, cut it small pieces. Miss beef via the meat grinder, salt, pepper forcemeat.
2. Wash and clean potatoes. Cut it circles about 1 cm thick. Peel onions from a peel, wash tomatoes. Cut onions and tomatoes rings. If tomatoes large, cut it half rings. Mix in a cup mayonnaise with sour cream. Grate cheese.
3. Oil a baking tray vegetable, stack layers the prepared ingredients in the following sequence: potatoes, mayonnaise mix with sour cream, ground beef, onions, tomatoes, mayonnaise and sour cream mix, cheese. Salt a layer of potatoes and a layer of tomatoes a little.
4. Put a baking tray in the oven warmed to two hundred degrees for thirty-forty minutes.
