1. Lower a cauliflower in boiled water for 3 minutes, then get, cool a little and divide into inflorescences. Cut an eggplant, zucchini, paprika and tomatoes in small cubes of the identical size, and onions – straws.

2. Lay all vegetables on a baking tray an even layer. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle olive oil and a small amount of balsam vinegar.

3. Put a baking tray with vegetables in the oven warmed up to 180 wasps and bake until they don't become soft. Serve ready vegetables to quality of a main course or garnish.
