The Anejo tequila – endurance term up to three years is the most "sustained". During this time all alcohols disappear. The aroma of drink becomes more distinguished, is closer to chocolate vanilla.

The choice of tequila on sugar content

What tequila is better – a controversial issue. Today it is made in different variations. The quality of drink depends on structure. Having attentively read the label, it is possible to define, sugar at production of tequila was added or only agave juice was used. The first group – tequila as a part of which juice of this noble plant contains only. The second group – mixta, consists of the mixed sugars. The structure also contains juice of a blue agave, but only for 51%. According to the established requirements – other 49% can make any kinds of sugar. Therefore at different producers the compounding can significantly differ. How to choose good tequila each fan of this noble drink has to know. The first that should be made – attentively to consider a bottle. If on the label "100% of Blue Agave" are specified, it means the exclusive drink consisting only of juice of a blue agave without extraneous impurities in structure. The mark of "DO" on a bottle indicates that drink is produced according to geographical standards of production. The abbreviation of "CRT" means that the Consejo regulator del Tequila organization controlled process of production of drink. This product of excellent quality, as well as all drinks produced under control of this organization. The inscription "NOM" confirms that drink conforms to the quality standards accepted in Mexico. Sometimes at the bottom of a bottle it is possible to see a small deposit. It is formed if the bottle was long stored at low temperatures. The deposit demonstrates also passing of process of filtration by production of tequila.
