1. Wash up the main ingredients for smoothie. If it is required, purify them. If pieces big, cut.

2. Put ingredients in the blender in the ratio about 50 on 50: that with dense pulp (banana, pear, mango) and more juicy (oranges, cucumbers).

3. Shake up blender contents at a high speed before receiving homogeneous mass.

4. Add liquid.

5. Again mix blender contents until it takes a form of the soft dense drink reminding puree.

6. Deliver to smoothie for half an hour in the fridge.

7. Pour ready smoothie in the portions.

8. At will for ornament and improvement of taste add nuts, dried fruits, seasonings, muesli, pieces of chipped ice.
