First of all prepare all these ingredients: - cherry – 30 g; - apples – 1 piece; - pears – 1 piece; - a kiwi - 2 pieces; - sugar – 30 g; - water – 10 ml; - butter – 10 g; - ground cloves – 5 g; - rum – 50 ml; - an anisetree – a pinch; - light raisin – 20 g; - a cracked ginger-; - a lemon dried peel-; - vanilla - 5 g; - icing sugar – 30 g; - syrup crimson – 10 ml; - cinnamon – 1 stick. Take a small frying pan, fill sugar there and pour water. Put all this on fire and bring to the boil. At once mix in a carnation, an anisetree, vanilla and a stick of cinnamon. Mix everything and leave on fire until homogeneous sugar mass turns out. Wash up apple and pear. Clean a peel and cut out a core. Cut fruit on equal segments. Shift them in a frying pan with caramel, add butter and raisin. Put all this on a ring again and begin to fry. It is necessary to stand them on fire until fruit don't start up juice. Then at once add cherry, the cut kiwis, ginger and a lemon dried peel there. Mix everything and remove from fire. Take rum and add it to fruit in a frying pan. Further warm an oven to 220 degrees and put everything for 5-6 minutes. Then get caramelized fruit and lay out them in an ice-cream bowl or other ware.
