2. Diet No. 1 This diet is calculated for 14 days. During this time it is possible to lose 4-5 kg, and at increase in physical activities – to 7 kg. The menu only two – the first and second day which need to be alternated. It is impossible to replace food and to increase quantity of eaten. In the first day it is necessary to eat for breakfast: 3 kiwis, one cheese sandwich, one boiled egg and tea or coffee without sugar. For lunch: 5 kiwis, any vegetable salad, 200 g of a boiled breast, unsweetened tea. For dinner: 2 kiwis, 250 g of low-fat cottage cheese without sugar, a glass of tea or water without gas. For lunch: 5 kiwis, 350 g of the fish steamed, 2 tomatoes, a glass of freshly cooked juice. For dinner: chicken breast, one boiled egg salad, 2 pieces of a kiwi. At strong hunger it is possible to eat 50 g of low-fat cottage cheese or one kiwi.

3. Diet No. 2 the Diet is calculated for 7 days for which it is possible to lose from 3 to 5 kg. It isn't recommended to adhere to such diet more than 7 days, it is better to repeat it in 1-2 months if necessary. For the first breakfast it is necessary to eat 1 portion of a fruit salad. For its preparation it is necessary to mix 2 tablespoons of germinated wheat from 4 tablespoons of oat flakes, to add the kiwis crushed in the blender, grapefruit and green apple. Fill in salad with yogurt or 1% kefir. For the second breakfast it is necessary to shake up in the kiwi blender, 1-2 leaflets of mint, 10 ml of lemon juice and 50 ml of low-fat kefir. Use the received mix of cooled. For lunch – semolina porridge without sugar. For taste it is allowed to add 1 tsp of honey or a few fruit. The dinner consists of the shaken-up kiwi from 200 g of low-fat cottage cheese.
