1. With apricots make the following: carefully wash out, then cut on 2 equal parts and take a stone. After the stone is removed, halve halves of fruit once again. Thus, from one apricot 4 segments will turn out.

2. Shift the fruit cut on a part in a steel pan and fill in with water. Put apricots on fire and you cook a baking plate the closed cover for 10 minutes. Don't forget them to stir slowly from time to time.

3. After time remove fruit from fire and add to them such ingredients as sugar and liqueur. Carefully mix everything. Give mixes time for cooling.

4. When apricot mix cools down, shift it in the blender and with its help shake up to a condition of puree. Then add vanillin. Carefully mix everything and place in the freezer for 30 minutes. After time get weight, again shake up the blender and remove to be frozen. The dessert shouldn't be got until it completely stiffens. Apricot sorbet is ready!
