1. Carefully select 1 kilogram of tubers of potatoes. They have to be clean, without wormholes, damages. If you are going to cook baked potatoes as an independent dish – use tubers of the average or small sizes. If it is supposed that further tubers will be filled with something, then it is better to take large potatoes.

2. Well wash up the selected potatoes in hot water. Put clean tubers in a sieve or a colander, and after water from them flows down, in addition dry potatoes paper towels or napkins.

3. Oil all tubers vegetable (olive, corn, sunflower, mustard). Then season potatoes with salt. It will make a peel of tubers crunchy.

4. Wrap up each potato in a foil and lay on a baking tray. Put a baking tray in the oven warmed up to 200 degrees approximately on an hour and a half.

5. Closer to the end of roasting begin to check whether the dish is ready. For this purpose slightly squeeze a tuber. It has to be felt as soft.

6. After potatoes are ready, take out it from an oven, remove a foil and give with a desi and salt. Baked potatoes are eaten only hot and directly after preparation.
