Preparation process 

We fry nuts in the heated frying pan a little, we allow them to cool down, we grind in the blender (coffee grinder) or we knead a rolling pin. We peel dates and cherry from stones and we mix with nuts to homogeneous mass. Then we add sesame and again we mix. We do layer of the turned-out weight, thickness approximately in a finger.

We spread the turned-out mix in the form of a rectangle on food wrap, from above we wrap it one more piece of food wrap (or a foil). We send to the fridge for 1 hour. After time we get from the fridge, we develop and we cut on convenient for you by the size bars. Each bar needs to be stored wrapped that it didn't dry.
