7. Readiness of syrup can be checked by test capture. The drop of syrup is placed on a saucer, when cooling the drop shouldn't spread.

8. Currant is filled in with syrup and left to maintain within 3-4 hours.

10. Packaging of jam has to take place until mix cooled down. Banks hermetically pack and cool at the room temperature.

11. For preparation of jam on the second way it is necessary to take 1 kg of sugar on 1 kg of berries. Previously prepared berries pass via the meat grinder (diameter of openings about 2 mm).

12. Currant is mixed with sugar and placed on slow fire. During cooking currant it is necessary to stir slowly constantly.

13. Jam can be considered ready when sugar was completely dissolved.
