1. To make such casserole, it is necessary to attend to purchase of all ingredients, necessary on the recipe. Buy about a half of kilogram of quality pork sausages (casserole requires 400 grams), vegetables – onions, carrots, fresh spinach. Also find in shop or at home olive oil, broth, tomato paste and red wine. Prepare a little flour and a desi – all on 50 grams, a milk liter floor, cheddar cheese, packing of paste of a rigatona or a penalty fee and a pinch of grated nutmeg.

2. Peel the bought pork sausages from a thin skin, cut them at first lengthways, and later crush in cubes. On the same board small chop a bulb and fry in a frying pan to a golden shade.
