1. For a start it is necessary to remove all tails from berry and to fill in it with cold water. Leave cherry in water approximately for 2 hours. It is necessary to remove from berry of insects which you could not notice, touching cherry.

2. Preparation of a dessert gel requires pitted cherries. After you drain water from cherry, it is possible to start their removal, having armed with a pin or a usual hairpin for hair.

3. After pitted cherries is prepared, shift it in big capacity for jam making as when cooking foam will be formed and therefore ware has to be filled with cherry no more, than on a half.
