It is required to you
- - 4-6 chicken legs
- - half of a glass of white dry wine
- - 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- - 3-4 garlic gloves
- - chicken broth or water
- - salt
Instruction
1. Fry garlic till golden color in the deep pan warmed with oil.
2. Wash out chicken, dry and fry in a pan with garlic on 3-4 minutes from each party. Salt and mix.
3. Pour in wine, lower fire and you stew chicken within 15-20 minutes, as required in the small portions adding hot water or broth. Liquid shouldn't be evaporated completely.
4. Serve ready chicken hot garnished of stewed vegetables.
